T1 & T2 - Sycamore Trees - Pull overhanging branches back to the boundary wall to give approx 3 metres clearance from the building - light and to avoid branches causing damage to the property T3 & T4 - Sycamore Trees - Fell - within very close proximity to the boundary wall and will inevitably cause damage.

Various tree works (see attached schedule ref S211) 1. drain collapse around external of dwelling, rainwater currently flows through cellar in wet weather. Trees immediately adjacent dwelling need to be removed in order to enable groundworks and drain re-instatement. This work needs to take place urgently 2. some trees identified as structurally defective 3. some trees in irreversible decline 4. some trees growing adjacent boundary walls that will damage it in time reference Table A.1 of BS5837

Prior Notification - An earth moving operation to create water storage filled by gravity spring flow. A surplus of material is to be removed and placed in a landscaped low bund. A significant area of new forrestry is proposed along the northern boundary of the farm, without daily irrigation the new trees will not survive on this free draining dry sandy soil. It is proposed to apply 20,000 litres each day , this "de minimus" amount of water is not licencable, to the new trees using trickle tape.

RETROSPECTIVE application and work to remove falling Ivy covered tree fallen over the boundary into garden of 14 Ghyll Wood. The tree was entirely Ivy covered and top heavy, recent storms had simply pulled it over.

T1 Goat Willow - Fell T2 Beech - Reduce crown no further back than the site boundary taking branches back to suitable growing points in accordance with BS3998:2010 Tree Work - Recommendations. NB this amended specification was agreed on site with the applicants and the tree owners during case officer site visit of 7 Jan 2021

Trees on NE boundary of Burial Ground are overhanging and blocking light from neighbouring properties. Sycamore T1 - remove branches overhanging neighbouring properties and crown lift to 6 metres. Sycamore T2 -remove branches overhanging neighbouring properties and crown lift to 6 metres. Sycamore T3 - remove branches overhanging neighbouring properties and crown lift to 6 metres. Willow T4 - remove branches overhanging neighbouring properties and crown lift to 6 metres. We would like to remove any branches hanging lower than 6 metres, but not any trunks main boughs.

T1 & T2) Conifers - remove both trees. T3) Council Lime tree - Cut back overhanging limbs to boundary line, removing 3m max, leaving 2m spread. T4) Cherry tree - Reduce back to previous points removing 2m, remaining 3m overall height.
