Conversion of vacant part of golf club shop (class E) to a single dwelling (Class C3) to be used as staff/stewards accommodation, including internal alterations and new window and door openings.

Prior Notification - Convert original old shop area into a new lounge/recreation room within original building structure ,as per other downstairs rooms already within the property. to remove front and rear access doors, and to brick up rear door as there is already an accessible rear door in the living accommodation, then to partially brick up front access door and to enlarge upper section to fit new opening window in keeping with windows already fitted to the property. To have electrical works carried out as necessary which will include, fuse boxes to be removed for petrol forecourt as the site is being decommissioned. 1 fuse board to be renewed and relocated to workshop area. Also to create opening into non load bearing stud partition wall to access original stair case , then to have the room rewired with extra power points, lighting, and switches as necessary. Also to extend original heating system into room for extra radiators as there is no heating at present. Also to decommission petrol forecourt with removal of fuel pumps and to have fuel tanks cleaned and professionally decommissioned and safety foam filled. Also to remove illuminated pole sign and to landscape remaining area back to garden use as the hard standing area only accounts for approximately 60% of original frontage already in use as a garden then to fence in remaining open entrance as per fencing already fitted

Application for Prior Approval for the Change of use of A1 shop (off-licence store) to C3 dwellinghouse. Replacement of shop frontage with bay window and new front door to form additional accommodation for existing residential use on upper floors.
