Single storey extensions based on the original mid 1970s bungalow (Depth 8.00 metres, Maximum height 3.82 metres, Eaves height 2.68 metres): 1 - Front porch. 2 - Side porch. 3 - Sitting room and dining room rear extensions: eaves heights to match the existing, maximum height 3.82 metres, maximum depth of 8 metres. 4 - New rear playroom extension: maximum depth of 8 metres, eaves heights to match the existing and a matching ridge line, which to existing ground level on rising land would only be 3.355 metres. (A separate Prior Approval application is also lodged for first floor alterations with the same plans.
