Erection of single storey rear extension to the full width of the property giving a kitchen extension and 3rd bedroom. The maximum extended distance from the original existing rear wall will be 5 metres externally. (There was an existing wooden structure at the rear of the property which is included in the extent of the property shown on the Ordnance Survey plan but which has since been removed). The hipped part of the original roof will be extended forwards and is not higher than 4m with an eaves height of 2.5m. The highest part of the roof is not this hipped part. The rest of the extension will be flat roofed and at the boundary will be 2.5m high.
