T1 Large Prunus Padus - Fell this tree due to its location next to the house T2 Small Prunus Padus - Fell this tree due to its location in the middle of a patio area and next to outbuilding T3 Large Crataegus Monogyna - Prune and cut back in-line with the boundary fence

1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.
