Application for prior approval of a proposed enlargement of a dwellinghouse by construction of additional storey - upward extension of bungalow to provide an upper (first) floor (maximum additional storey height 1.55 metres)

Prior Notification (Householder) - A First floor Extension over an existing single-storey bungalow. It is proposed to physically separate the property from the adjoining bungalow to form a detached residence. A section of the bungalow will be retained as single-storey to step the roof line down to the scale of the neighbouring properties facing Kingston Farm Road. The materials used on the first floor extension will exactly match the original dwelling. The roof pitches will also match the original dwelling and neighbouring homes along Cherry Tree Road and Kingston Farm Road. No new openings will be made on the elevation facing Kingston Farm Road.
