Demolition of existing conservatory. Single storey rear extension with a proposed depth of 2.35 metres which joins onto a previous extension to make the total proposed depth 6.00m from the original rear wall. Flat roof construction. A maximum height of 3.00 metres and an eaves height of 3.00 metres.

Notification of Prior Approval: Removal of existing conservatory and rear extension and construction of new rear extension with lean-to roof. Height to eaves of 2.60, maximum height of 3.60 and total projection from rear wall of original dwelling of 3.60.

Application to vary conditions 2(approved plans) and 3(materials) of approval 20/01197/HOU (Demolition of existing conservatory & construction of new flat roof single storey extension to rear of property to form new kitchen) to allow change of materials for the external wall surfaces from brick to render.

Remove existing conservatory and replace with single storey extension of brick/block construction and tiled roof.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Alterations to former conservatory to form sunroom inclusive of alterations to wall and roof construction.
