Application for a non-material amendment (omission of render in lieu of brickwork to rear wall of extension and general material colour changes) following the grant of planning permission 21/1649/HOUS ( Demolition of existing single storey rear extension, construction of single storey rear extension and alterations to dwelling and garage, including replacement of existing windows & doors, replacement of rainwater goods and timber cladding to garage.

Prior notification of demolition for The existing detached modular classroom of approx. size 60 sq metres, of timber frame construction with infill panels, pitched felt roof, timber doors and UPVC windows. Internally it comprises one classroom along with circulation space and small storage areas. One of these storage areas was previously a toilet, which was removed and the drainage capped off some years ago.
