Construction of a 2 storey roof extension to create 6 x two bedroom flats pursuant to Schedule 2, Part 20, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)

Prior approval under Part 20, Class AA of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) for the construction of part one storey, part two storey extensions on top of the existing detached building to provide 13no. self-contained apartments (Class C3) (3no. 1b1p, 3no. 1b2p and 7no. 2b4p) together with any or all associated works permitted by AA.-(1)(a) to (d) inclusive.

Application for the prior approval under Schedule 2, Part 20, Class A of the General Permitted Development Order for the proposed erection of a two storey roof extension to provide six additional flats.
