Prior Notification - The development consists of retention of offices to the ground floor and conversion to apartments to the first and second floor. This following the precedence set for buildings immediately adjacent the application site. The design and layout of the apartments ensures all apartment will have external windows to ensure natural light and suitable usage as a residential dwelling.

Prior Approval pursuant to Schedule 2, Part 3, Class O of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) for change of use from offices (Use Class B1a) to residential (Use Class C3) to accommodate 42 residential units. Each habitable room would have a window and/or skylight providing adequate natural light.

This Prior Notice Development seeks the change of use of the second floor office into C3 residential flats. The Proposal will provide 6no. self-contained units, consisting of 5no. 1 bed flats, and 1no. 2bed flat. All habitable rooms will have windows to achieve adequate natural light levels.
