Prior Notification - Change of Use from Offices (Class B1(a)) to Dwellinghouses (Class C3) The proposed works will restore the mid-terraced property, currently used as office space, to its original purpose of a single residential dwelling. This will involve full refurbishment of the interior, including upgrades to the electric and plumbing systems to comply with current regulations and also improve the energy efficiency of the dwelling. Additionally, external walls and roof space will be insulated further ensuring the property's energy efficiency.
