Demolition of existing conservatory and partial demolition of existing garage. Single storey rear extension, single storey front extension, first floor side extension over the garage and loft conversion with front and rear dormers. including variation of approved plans condition 2 attached to 21/02535/FUL to allow for amendments to front gable window, first floor gable window, to raise ridge to match existing, pitched dormer to rear and reduction of depth to the single storey rear extension.

Removal of existing storage/garage building & horse stables. Erection of dwelling to rear of bell cottage, including variation of approved plans condition 1 attached to 19/01101/FUL, to allow for very small height increase to enable stair access to first floor, larger gable window, addition of ground floor window and increase size of cycle storage shed. Various changes to the proposed elevations, and the proposed re-siting of the new dwelling a further 3 metres to the rear.

Proposed new swimming pool and enclosure with link to main house, demolition and relocation of double garage, new pitched roof to existing flat roof extension, window modifications, including variation of condition 1 attached to 18/00360/FUL (approved plans) to allow for reduction in height of the existing wall, levels of the garage and alterations to ground levels to front.
