Application to remove condition 10 of planning permission (as amended by BH2019/01291), which required crime prevention measures to be implemented within the development and submission of a Secure By Design (Part 2) certificate, specifically relating to Block B (Hotel).

Application to vary Condition 10 of planning permission BH2022/01502 to amend the wording to refer only to the raising of the kerb and state 'The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the redundant vehicle crossover fronting St Johns Road has been raised in accordance with approved ground floor plan reference 1189.07a'.

Application to vary conditions 2, 4 and 5 of planning permission BH2018/01059 (allowed on appeal). Variation of condition 2 to permit alterations to internal layout and fenestration. Condition 4 varied to amend external surfaces of the development. Condition 5 varied to provide internal cycle storage.

Removal of Condition 7 of application BH2019/03321 (Erection of a first floor rear extension and the creation of 2no. first floor, two bedroom flats (C3) with a roof terrace, ground floor entrance, and associated works) which states that the residents of the proposed development have no entitlement to a resident's parking permit.
