(Major application) - now proposed change of wording of condition 10 and 12, so wording only relates to the development of 20 flats and not the 2m wide strip of land between the rear wall and the bicycle/bin store, to reflect the different ownerships of the overall site as set out in the submitted cover letter.

Application for variation of a condition 11 (List of Approved Plans) of permission 18/01497/F for Demolition of existing dwellings (3 flats) and erection of 5 no. two bedroom flats and 1 no. one bedroom flat, secure cycle parking and refuse/recycling store - now proposed elevation alterations.
