Application to vary conditions of :- 2 (Approved plans), 3 (External Materials), 4 (Construction Traffic Management Plan) and 7 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) of Planning permission 3/17/0223/FUL (Erection of a 3 storey block comprising 7 x 2 bed flats and 2 x 1 bed flats, together with associated landscaping, car parking, cycle shelter and refuse storage building). The effect of the changes will be to amend the details of the design and submit information to enable the wording of conditions to be amended.
