Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission reference 21/04709/FULL6 dated 08.03.2022 for (Erection of single storey rear extension, upper floor rear Juliet balconies, rear dormer with Juliet balcony in connection with loft conversion and rooflight windows to side and front elevation, elevational alterations, windows and doors to existing side flank elevation and raised patio) to allow amendment to external materials, window fenestration, roofs and installation of air conditioning units.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of condition 2 (approved plans) 2 of planning application ref: 15/03833/FULL1 (granted on appeal for erection of a three bedroom bungalow at land to the rear of 91 Palace View) to allow alterations to the approved plans to include installation of a rear facing dormer window (with obscure glazing) at first floor level to serve the bathroom.

Variation under condition 3 of permission granted (on appeal) under reference 17/05543/FULL1 for Demolition of existing buildings with exception of Listed farmhouse and erection of 9 no. dwellings with associated works to allow amendment to the car port to Plot 8 - elevational alterations to front, side and rear, providing wall enclosures to each elevation rather than the open-sided car port originally approved.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Condition 2 of application 18/00887/FULL1, allowed on appeal under ref. APP/G5180/W/18/3206906 (granted for the 'Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and erection of new single storey contemporary dwellinghouse of 3 bedroom design with associated parking, access and landscaping') to allow alterations to windows, doors and rooflights, and alterations to internal layout.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Condition 2 of ref: 21/04940/FULL6 (Single storey rear extension and erection of outbuilding to create covered seating area and elevational alterations. Widen existing vehicular access. Replace existing double garage with ancillary outbuilding) to allow elevational and fenestration alterations, and relocation of the outbuilding further into the garden with associated extension of the patio area.
