Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - see cover letter for full details, attached to planning permission 20/00574/FUL dated 29th May 2020 which granted planning permission for: "Retention of existing facade, and the construction of a part-three, part-four storey extension above to facilitate the provision of 8 residential units."

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) omission of the approved rear conservatory and the building of a single storey ground floor rear extension, attached to planning permission 20/00860/FUL dated 30th July 2020 which granted permission for; "Erection of a new two storey, two bedroom three person dwelling house on the vacant infill land to the south of 13 Greenwich Crescent, including secure cycle storage for two cycles and one off-road parking space"

Section 73 application to vary Condition 4 (Materials) - The previous proposed Grey system basic 4 acrylic brick slip was not fire compliant, external wall brick slip to be revised to eccobricks natural steel grey, attached to planning permission 18/00056/FUL dated 13th March 2018 which granted planning permission for; "Ground, first, second and third floor extension, proposed alterations to 8 existing flats and creation of 5 additional flats to provide a total of 13 self-contained flats"

Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) - changes include the height and design of the roof , attached to planning permission 20/01749/HH dated 7th October 2020 which granted planning permission for: "Proposed construction of a single storey rear and side infill extension."

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) - for raising the rear flat roof finished level of a 100 mm and build up its surrounding parapet wall of 100 mm - attached to planning permission 20/00012/FUL dated 28th February 2020 which granted permission for: "Construction of a two storey rear extension, addition of a new roof light to the existing roof and replacement of existing rear bedroom window".

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) for the three approved elevation drawings to show the alternative cladding material attached to planning permission 19/02970/LA3 dated 17.12.2019 which granted permission for: "Removal of existing shipping container adjacent to Hornbeam Building and the erection of single storey side extension in its place to provide storage space (Application site is adjoining The Forest Gate Town Centre Conservation Area)".

Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans and documents) attached to planning permission 19/02416/FUL dated 29th October 2019 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing part of building to be rebuilt with side windows, construction of a ground floor rear extension and proposed loft conversion with rear dormer including two velux windows on the front elevation to the first floor flat".
