Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 (approved plans) and 10 (Waste Management Plan) - relocation of refuse store from basement to ground level with associated internal and external alterations, attached to planning permission 17/03501/FUL dated 19th April 2018 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing building and construction of four storey building with eight residential units (Class C3) comprising of (2 x 1 bed, 4 x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed) with associated landscaping works, refuse and cycle storage."
