Application for a Minor Material Amendment (S73a) to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings) of planning permission ref: 203841FUL dated 27/11/2020 for: Conversion of single dwellinghouse into two self-contained flats involving the insertion of a window in lieu of the garage door opening; first floor side/rear extension; and installation of front boundary treatment.
