Variation of Condition 3 of planning permission reference 21/04077/FULL6 dated 25/02/2022 for (Demolition of existing rear extension, front bay window and removal of existing roof. Erection of rear extension and new roof incorporating 8x dormer windows and fenestration alterations) to allow for upper floor north and south flank dormer windows to be obscure glazed and with opening restrictors for emergency/fire exit.

S73 Removal of condition 21 (Bollard) of planning permission 18/1329/FUL (Reconfiguration and extensions, incorporating dormer windows, and alterations to roof of building to provide 14 residential units (net increase of 9) along with bin and cycle storage) to re-instate the existing gates and as a result there is no requirement for a bollard.
