Application for a Minor Material Amendment (S73a) for removal of condition 3 (existing roof terrace) condition 4 (car parking area) of planning permission ref: P/2004/4915 dated 23/12/2004 for: Conversion of upper floor flat into 2 self-contained flats to include use of loft space, together with roof alterations including dormer window extension to rear and roof lights to front and rear roof slopes and replacement of shop front. Amendment proposes removal of condition 3 as superseded by application ref P/2006/4818 dated 14/05/2007, where permission to build roof terrace has been granted, and removal of car parking requirement from this permission as imposed by condition 4
