Condition Number(s): 2) The external appearance of the building shall be carried out solely in accordance with the details specified within plans 112 Rev E and 114 Rev E. Conditions(s) Removal: Variation of materials is required to facilitate construction method. Brick slips and part render will replace the facing brickwork like for like to achieve the same external appearance and tone. Variation of condition 7 (PD removal) of planning permission 20/00652/RES (Details of reserved matters (appearance and landscaping) for the erection of 1 x 3-bed dwelling and 2 x 4-bed dwellings pursuant to outline permission 17/02142/OUT.) to allow plot 3 to utilise the loft space for additional accommodation and insertion of rooflights and allow plots 1,2 & 3 additional rear extension and minor enhancements to the internal layout.
