New garden store to the side of the dwelling - now proposed for the approved extension to be extended to the boundary.

Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no.2 (approved plans), seeking to allow for a larger first floor rear extension in pursuant to planning permission reference 201050FUL dated 08/07/2020 for' Conversion of the existing property into 5 self-contained flats (2 x studio, 1x1 bed and 2x2 beds); single-storey rear extension; part first floor rear extension; alteration of roof from hip to gable end; rear roof extension; installation of one roof light to front roof slope and two roof lights to the roof crown; alterations to the fenestration of the side elevation; and alterations to the side boundary treatment (following part demolition of the rear outbuilding).'
