Variation of condition 13 (fence) relating to application 06/01447/APP (Demolition of factory and erection of 40 dwellings and 6 office units)

All reserved matters for the erection of 163 dwellings and an extension to the country park, pursuant to Outline permission 19/00593/MAO, including variation of approved plans condition 1 attached to 21/01901/MAR to allow for amendments to screen walls to quality timber fencing and landscaping for plots: 24, 28, 49, 51, 54, 74, 110, 137 & 140.

Variation of condition 10 (approved plans) of planning permission PL/19/3200/FA (Redevelopment and erection of a single dwelling with associated landscaping and car parking) to allow changes to fencing, gates and hardstanding

Removal of condition No. 7 of planning permission reference 19/04556/FULL1 (dated 17 July 2020 for erection of first floor extension to existing dwelling incorporating new roof, front porch, pitched roof over existing garage, elevational alterations and landscaping including fencing and retaining walls, formation of access on to Berens Way and subdivision of the plot and resulting building to form pair of semi detached dwellings) to allow changes to the gradient of the new access.

Application for variation of condition 5 on planning permission 89674/FUL/16 (Demolition of existing dwelling with subsequent erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings). To amend the colour of the front vehicular gates, replace the stone blocks with bricks under the coping to the front pillars, replace the block paving with permeable SUDS compliant resin/tarmac and stone sets, replace the semi concealed iron railing behind the front boundary hedge to vertical green mesh, remove the side pedestrian gates, alter the length of the decorative gravel to the sides of the property (next to the fence) and change the dividing fence between the two properties (front and rear) to a different style of fence
