Variation of Condition 14 (compliance with approved document M4(2)) of planning permission 22/00442/FUL (Change of use of the Public House (Sui Generis) into 5 self contained flats (Use Class C3), involving excavation to the existing basement plus the installation of 2 front light wells; the erection of a part one and part two storey rear extension; the erection of a rear dormer roof extension including a balcony and alterations to the existing rear dormer; the replacement of the ground floor front window with a door, together with the provision of refuse/recycling and cycle storages and hard/soft landscaping) granted 02.12.2022.

Demolition of rear extension, erection of a single storey rear and side extension, amendments to fenestration and removal and creation of internal walls and doors, to facilitate the change of use of the Public House to a 3 bedroom dwelling, together with detached double car port and erection of four dwellings to the rear with associated hardstanding and landscaping. Removal of condition 3 for planning approval 3/21/0731/FUL - Discharge of condition 3 relating to archaeological investigations and reporting discharged partially to allow works to commence.

Variation of Condition 17 (approved plans) of planning permission 20/04304/REG3 (Erection of a detached building to house heat and electricity technologies; installation of two combined heat and power (CHP) units, dry air cooler unit, and relocation of leisure centre plant to the roof of existing changing room; and associated landscaping and infrastructure (Revised scheme following refusal of 19/02368/REG3) to allow a reduction in size, re-positioning and design modifications including cladding of energy centre; relocation of CHP enclosures on roof deck, relocation of CHP oil tanks and CHP flues to be independently mounted off enclosure roof

Application for variation of conditions 1, 16 and 19 on planning permission 104199/VAR/21(Erection of 3 no. terraced houses with associated parking and landscaping. Retention of the Garrick's Head Public House together with reconfigured car park and customer terrace). To allow for an amended vehicle access and parking to the front of the new dwellings and works in accordance with the submitted EV charging details and bin and cycle details.

Application for variation of conditions 3 and 4 of application BH2019/02289 (Erection of 1no two storey three bedroom dwelling house (C3) on land to rear including excavation, landscaping and access via Highcroft Villas & Old Mills Mews) (allowed on appeal) to amend the wording of conditions 3 and 4 which relate to existing & proposed ground levels within the site & adjoining land and a method statement for existing boundary wall protection.

Application for variation of condition 17 (Travel Plan) of planning permission 18/00433/X, which varied previous planning permissions (17/0046 and 16/04224/X) of planning permission 16/01352/F for the demolition of existing single storey primary school, children's centre and two storey caretakers house. Erection of a two storey school and children's centre building along with external works, including a new car park, new entrances, external play and sports areas and soft landscaping. Condition Number(s): 19 and 26 Condition 26 is a duplication of 19. As such, information for either condition will apply to the other. Conditions(s) Removal: This application is to vary conditions 19 and 26. As there is no specific end user in place for the Children's Centre we have been advised by the Planning Officer an Interim Travel Plan can be submitted for review in advance of a Full Travel Plan being submitted within 12 months following occupation. Please refer to the covering letter date 14.06.18. We wish for the conditions to allow for an Interim Children's Centre Travel Plan to be accepted for the 12 month period following occupation.
