Application for variation of condition No. 3 following grant of planning permission Reference Number 16/05680/F - (Appeal Ref: APP/Z0116/W/18/3211343) (Alterations to boundary wall, new access, development of sui-generis residential units for students (2no. 5-bed cluster flats), with associated refuse and cycle storage.) Application for variation of a condition 11 (List of Approved Plans) of permission 18/01497/F for Demolition of existing dwellings (3 flats) and erection of 5 no. two bedroom flats and 1 no. one bedroom flat, secure cycle parking and refuse/recycling store - now proposed elevation alterations.

Application to vary condition no's 19 (allocated site) and 20 (approved plans list) attached to planning permission 15/03059/F (Demolition of all the existing derelict buildings on the site, with the exception of the Grade II Listed Building (retained), along with the decommissioning and removal of all the above and below ground tanks.
