Application for the variation of condition no.12 (List of Approved Plans) following grant of planning 19/01908/M for approval of reserved matters relating to Block G, to include the provision of 81 flats and basement car parking, following outline approval. 11/01842/R - Extension of time limit for planning permission 04/04126/P - Outline application for redevelopment of site, including demolition works, to provide mixed use scheme including residential, retail, office, community workspace, hotel and leisure uses (Classes C1, C2, C3, A1, A2, A3, B1, D1, D2) and associated infrastructure, landscaping works and car parking. (Major application) - Now proposed amendments to the building envelope and landscape, and to increase the number of flats to 83.

Variation of Condition 52 (List of approved drawings) attached to permission ref. 20/00299/F, which approved the demolition of existing structures and development of 173 dwellings (Use Class C3) together with provision of public open space, play areas and landscaping; cycle parking and car parking provision; and associated infrastructure works, including construction of a bridge over Brislington Brook, use of the existing access off Airport Road and 2 no. new accesses off Salcombe Road and Ilminster Avenue -Variation sought to update the wheelchair compliant house type that has been developed for the site.

Application to vary condition No. 30 (Accommodation Usage) attached to planning permission 13/03965/X which approved a variation of condition 40 attached to planning permission 12/03671/F which approved the "Proposed partial demolition of the former Bristol Entertainment Centre with redevelopment above the O2 Academy (to be retained) to provide 442 student bedrooms (Use Class Sui Generis), internal courtyard, extension at the ground floor to accommodate a cafe (Use Class A3), change of use of the existing car park to leisure use (Use Class D2), external alterations to the existing O2 Academy and improvements to the adjoining public footpath (including landscaping). (Major application)" - Now approved: widen non-term time occupation of the property and enable occupancy by non-student users for a maximum of 19 weeks outside of the academic term.

Application to vary conditions 10 (landscaping scheme), 12 (approved materials) and 13 (list of approved plans) of permission 19/04679/X, which (following previous amendments to permission 10/05512/R, itself a renewal of permission 07/02235/F) approved the demolition of shed to the rear, conversion of the remainder to three dwellings and commercial use (Classes A1, A2, B1 or D2); and erection of a building comprising 20 flats. (Major application) - now proposed change of wording of condition 10 and 12, so wording only relates to the development of 20 flats and not the 2m wide strip of land between the rear wall and the bicycle/bin store, to reflect the different ownerships of the overall site as set out in the submitted cover letter.

Application for variation of condition 17 (Travel Plan) of planning permission 18/00433/X, which varied previous planning permissions (17/0046 and 16/04224/X) of planning permission 16/01352/F for the demolition of existing single storey primary school, children's centre and two storey caretakers house. Erection of a two storey school and children's centre building along with external works, including a new car park, new entrances, external play and sports areas and soft landscaping. Condition Number(s): 19 and 26 Condition 26 is a duplication of 19. As such, information for either condition will apply to the other. Conditions(s) Removal: This application is to vary conditions 19 and 26. As there is no specific end user in place for the Children's Centre we have been advised by the Planning Officer an Interim Travel Plan can be submitted for review in advance of a Full Travel Plan being submitted within 12 months following occupation. Please refer to the covering letter date 14.06.18. We wish for the conditions to allow for an Interim Children's Centre Travel Plan to be accepted for the 12 month period following occupation.
