Application for variation of condition 13 (List of approved drawings) of permission 20/00040/F, which approved the erection of a new end-of-terrace dwelling - now proposed the addition of a rear dormer to main roof.

Amendment sought for alterations to the proposed roof and now have a rendered (not brickwork) finish to the new walls.

Application for the variation of condition no.2 following grant of application 20/04485/H for a replace hip roof with gable roof and loft conversion with flat roof dormer window to the rear and pitched roof dormer windows to the front. Erection of a single attached garage to the side and conservatory to the rear. Amendment sought for changes to the side garage extension involving raising the eaves height and increasing the width of the garage door.

Application for variation of condition No. Condition 25(List of approved plans) following grant of planning permission 20/04662/F - Extension and conversion of existing house into 2no. self-contained flats, and the erection of 2no. self-contained flats, with associated works. Amendment sought for entrance porch and WC for Flat 4 on the south elevation of the new-build element, and a single dormer window serving Flat 3, again on the new-build element, located centrally within the rear roof slope.

Application for the variation of condition no.9 (List of Approved Plans) following the grant of planning permission 17/06564/F - demolition of double garage and the erection of a two bedroom house with parking and amenity space - now proposed amendments to the living/bedroom accommodation involving enlargements of the the proposed roof and insertion of a dormer to the rear elevation.

Application for the variation of condition 2 of planning permission 19/00883/F (Proposed single storey rear extension to ground floor flat & loft conversion with rear dormer to first floor flat) - now proposed to increase the width of the dormer roof extension.

Application following grant of planning permission 19/04141/X to vary condition No. 13 (Approved Plans) attached to planning permission 19/00903/F - 1 no. dwelling (Use Class C3) with associated cycle storage, private amenity space and refuse storage - now proposed joining two dormer roof extensions and associated alterations in roof height - proposed substitution of amended plans.

Application for the variation of condition 7 (List of Approved Plans) following grant of planning permission 19/01210/F - change of use of existing ground floor commercial premises and the first floor (occupied by one bedroom flat) currently comprising the ground floor of 7 Passage Road & 13 Watkins Yard to provide two houses (13 Watkins Yard as a 3 person, two bedroom house; 7 Passage Road as a 4 person, two bedroom house) associated external changes including removal of shopfront; new front dormer; replacement of all UPVC windows with timber replacements - now external alterations, including omission of 2no. dormer windows (on 7 Passage Road and 13 Watkins Yard), to be replaced with roof lights. Also one of 3no. roof lights to the rear roof slope of 7 Passage Road have been omitted and the remaining roof lights re-positioned.
