MAJOR - now proposed change to roof layout with reduced plant/green biodiverse roof areas, provision of an amenity area (landscaped roof terrace), solar panels and stair core/lift overrun.

Application for the variation of condition No. 17 (list of approved plans) following grant of application 17/06965/F for a new build residential development comprising 5no. 3 storey terraced townhouses and 4no. flats. Part retrospective amendments sought for the central stone mullions to 2nd & 3rd floors of flats to be removed, central stone mullions to 2nd floor of townhouses to be removed, central stone mullions added to 1st floor of townhouses, and revisions to the landscape plan.

Application for the variation of conditions 29 (Accessibility) and 43 (Approved Plans), following grant of planning permission 19/05911/F for a residential development of 91 residential dwellings (Class C3). Provision of amenity and play space, landscaping, highways works, and footway and cycle connections, including connections to neighbouring sites (Major Application) - now proposed re-word of condition 29 to reduce the number of M4(2) units and revised plans to account for all units to be adjusted and also dimensions of duplexes to alter, as necessary for buildability.

Application for the variation of condition no.12 (List of Approved Plans) following grant of planning 19/01908/M for approval of reserved matters relating to Block G, to include the provision of 81 flats and basement car parking, following outline approval. 11/01842/R - Extension of time limit for planning permission 04/04126/P - Outline application for redevelopment of site, including demolition works, to provide mixed use scheme including residential, retail, office, community workspace, hotel and leisure uses (Classes C1, C2, C3, A1, A2, A3, B1, D1, D2) and associated infrastructure, landscaping works and car parking. (Major application) - Now proposed amendments to the building envelope and landscape, and to increase the number of flats to 83.

Application for the variation of condition no. 13 (List of Approved Plans) following grant of planning permission 19/04741/F - construction of two additional floors over existing ground floor to create 8 no. residential apartments, elevation changes to the existing building, waste and recycling and cycle storage and proposed changes to landscaping - now proposed amendments to elevations.

Application for the variation of conditions 6 and 8 following grant of application 19/06153/X for the variation of a conditions 30 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) and 33 (List of Approved Plans) of permission 16/05329/F - Erection of building to provide residential -accommodation (Class C3), associated parking, landscaping and boundary treatment. Alterations to public realm along Bedminster Parade and Lombard Street - Amended Proposals following permissions 15/04726/F, 15/04727/LA, 15/04731/F and 15/04732/LA (Major Application). Application to include provision of a phasing plan expressly allowing for the phased redevelopment of the site and other amendments proposed to phase 1.

Application to vary condition 37, 39 and No.44 (List of Approved Plans) attached to planning permission 18/02166/F - Construction of a phased residential development comprising 128 dwellings (Use Class C3); creation of a new vehicular access onto Kings Weston Lane; open space and landscaping; and associated engineering operations and infrastructure (Major Application) - now proposed amendments to the approved layout to include moving the development approximately 2-3m to the north and an increase in height of approximately 0.9 to 1.3m to remediate contamination.
