Application to vary condition 2 (List of approved plans and drawings) of permission 20/03374/H, which approved a rear ground floor and lower ground floor extension with changes to external levels and boundary wall. Amendment sought: to make alterations to openings, removal of the east elevation door and altering the window size; and a new external walkway and staircase.
