Application for variation of condition No. Condition 25(List of approved plans) following grant of planning permission 20/04662/F - Extension and conversion of existing house into 2no. self-contained flats, and the erection of 2no. self-contained flats, with associated works. Amendment sought for entrance porch and WC for Flat 4 on the south elevation of the new-build element, and a single dormer window serving Flat 3, again on the new-build element, located centrally within the rear roof slope.

Application for the variation of condition no.4 (Approved Plans) following grant of 20/04422/H for the conversion of existing outbuilding to form home office with construction of toilet facilities. New garden store to the side of the dwelling - now proposed for the approved extension to be extended to the boundary.
