Application for variation of condition 52 (List of approved documents) of permission of 20/01150/F (as amended by 22/06023/NMA) and additional conditions 1 & 2 of 22/06023/NMA, for the proposed redevelopment of the site, including demolition works and refurbishment of listed Soap Pan building to provide mixed use development comprising: 243 residential dwellings (Class C3); flexible commercial, business and service space (Class E) and leisure space and drinking establishments (sui generis) together with associated plant space, amenity space, parking and vehicular servicing arrangements, public realm, landscaping and associated works (Major). Application for the variation of condition No. 25 (list of approved plans) following grant of planning application 20/05308/X for the variation of condition 29 (list of approved plans) of planning permission 19/05096/F, which approved the demolition of existing buildings and development of 6no. dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated car parking, amenity space and off-site highway works - now proposed amendment to bicycle storage.

Variation of Condition 52 (List of approved drawings) attached to permission ref. 20/00299/F, which approved the demolition of existing structures and development of 173 dwellings (Use Class C3) together with provision of public open space, play areas and landscaping; cycle parking and car parking provision; and associated infrastructure works, including construction of a bridge over Brislington Brook, use of the existing access off Airport Road and 2 no. new accesses off Salcombe Road and Ilminster Avenue -Variation sought to update the wheelchair compliant house type that has been developed for the site.

Application to vary conditions 10 (landscaping scheme), 12 (approved materials) and 13 (list of approved plans) of permission 19/04679/X, which (following previous amendments to permission 10/05512/R, itself a renewal of permission 07/02235/F) approved the demolition of shed to the rear, conversion of the remainder to three dwellings and commercial use (Classes A1, A2, B1 or D2); and erection of a building comprising 20 flats. (Major application) - now proposed change of wording of condition 10 and 12, so wording only relates to the development of 20 flats and not the 2m wide strip of land between the rear wall and the bicycle/bin store, to reflect the different ownerships of the overall site as set out in the submitted cover letter.
