(Major application) - Now proposed amendments to the building envelope and landscape, and to increase the number of flats to 83.

Application to vary condition No. 27 (List of Approved Plans) - attached to planning permission 17/01967/F - Demolition of existing building (former swimming baths) and erection of a single, 5-storey block containing 31 residential units along with associated external works, including car park, refuse and landscaping. Relocation of existing sub-station.
