S73 Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission 21/00844/HFUL (Single storey side and rear extensions to create new bedroom and guest suite and new kichen area to main house) a) Change of monopitch continuous roof to a flat roof single ply membrane roof with parapet to incorporate lantern rooflight, b) Reduction in the length of the footpirnt of the side extension and c) Increase in the length of the rear extension and window position adjusted to suit.

S73 to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans) of permission 20/02720/HFUL (Demolition of roof allowing for new first floor extension and pitched roof, part demolition of north west corner allowing for new two storey extension and some exterior alterations to garage and decking) for the following: Garage - Two additional open 'cart lodge' style covered parking spaces will be appropriate to the house. A pitched roof over the garage and cart lodge is more appropriate to the house and local area. Heat pumps - Heating is due to be via a heat pump, due to the size of the dwelling two external units are required. These are shown on the north elevation between the house and the garage. Windows - Internal alterations require 2no extra windows in the south elevation.
