Variation of condition 14 (approved plans) of application PL/22/1554/VRC relating to variations of the original planning permission PL/20/3713/FA for demolition of existing two dwellings and erection of two new dwellings and garages with re-positioned vehicular access to allow for the following design changes : No56 1. Widen the first floor by 1.2m (with consequential changes to the rear elevation windows & doors). 2. Amend & extend the single storey side element to provide a link between the house & garage. 3. Variation of condition 3 (approved plans) of application 16/01444/FUL (Single storey front extension, part single storey/part two storey rear extension and part single storey/part two storey side extension.) to allow for a larger remodelled single storey front extension, first floor rear link extension with balcony, 2 rear rooflights and changes to windows and doors, and raising of ridge height of existing dwelling to provide habitable accommodation (retrospective).

Variation of conditions 3 (restriction to occupation of extensions) and 4 (approved plans) of planning permission CH/2016/1715/FA (Single storey side extension, front dormers and rear dormer structure to facilitate accommodation in roofspace) to allow raising of the roof ridge height, changes to front and rear dormer windows and additional side window. Also to allow the annex to be occupied independently of the main dwelling.
