Erection of single/two storey side/rear extensions. Variations include alterations to the front of the site.

Variation to condition 1 (approved plans) associated with Planning Permission 20/01729/CONR (amendment to 16/04860/FUL) approved for alterations and conversion to form 4 two bedroom flats, erection of single/two storey side/rear extensions and dormer extension in rear roof slope, provision of associated parking
