To vary condition 2 (materials) of planning permisison 18/05896/FUL for the demolition of the existing building and erection of two/three storey building including basement and accommodation in the roof space to provide 9 units. Associated parking/access, landscaping, cycle and refuse stores. Condition Number(s): 2) The external appearance of the building shall be carried out solely in accordance with the details specified within plans 112 Rev E and 114 Rev E. Conditions(s) Removal: Variation of materials is required to facilitate construction method. Brick slips and part render will replace the facing brickwork like for like to achieve the same external appearance and tone. Variation of Condition 11 (Refuse and bicycle storage) attached to planning permission ref. 18/03158/FUL for alterations and formation of basement accommodation to include light wells and erection of a single/two side/rear extensions. Construction of roof extension to include raising the ridgeline, formation of roof gables and installation rooflights. Conversion to form 5 x two bedroom and 2x one bedroom flats and provision of associated landscaping, refuse and cycle parking.

Variation of condition 3 (opening hours) attached to planning permission ref. 18/02908/FUL (Hybrid planning application comprising: (1) Full planning permission for the erection of three 1-2 storey units providing 4,116 sqm of floorspace for retail use (Use Class A1) and 232 sqm for flexible retail or restaurant use (Use Classes A1 and A3), with access, car parking, service yard, hard and soft landscaping and associated works. (2) Outline planning permission (all matters reserved) for the demolition of the existing retail unit (measuring 5,397 sqm) and the construction of three blocks (maximum four storeys) comprising up to 56 residential units (Use Class C3) and a ground floor retail unit (Use Class A1); a separate unit for business, industrial, and storage and distribution uses (Use Classes B1(b), B1(c), B2 and B8, maximum 2 storeys), and associated access, car parking, service provision, hard and soft landscaping and associated works).

Variation of condition 1 pursuant to planning permission 17/06194/FUL (for the Demolition of all existing buildings and the erection of a part two/part four storey building consisting of 8 x three bedroom flats, 6 x two bedroom flats and 8 x one bedroom flats, with associated refuse and cycle storage and the provision of a new access road and 13 car parking spaces). The variation proposes a reduction in the top floor setback as a result of replacing timber wall construction with masonry wall construction that will be clad.
