(The proposal is to involve increase in built form at ground floor level and partially at top floor level, with no windows in rear elevation facing towards neighbourng properties in Oval Road; relocation of bin and cycle storage within the site, reduction in basement level excavation to office building).

Section 73 application seeking to vary Condition 2(approved plans) Condition 9 ((b) cycle storage) and removal of Condition 23 (windows), to allow for internal changes to the building, additional entrance, changes to the cycle and bin stores and increasing the size of the basement, increasing the overall height of the building, increasing areas of glazing in the windows, replacing the mesh screens with angled windows to the south elevation, replacing aluminium balustrades with vertical railings, replacing the approved cladding with bricks.
