Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/19/4666/FUL - Proposed alteration and extension of existing 5th Woodbridge Sea Scout HQ. The alterations include the demolition of the existing single storey extension to the rear and the construction of a new purpose built two storey building with link connection to the historic store building. Alterations to be carried out to the retained building and stores - amend the approved drawings in condition no.2 to reflect the new proposed modular system with the use of ISO containers.

Drawing room garden doors and roof over - We wish to omit the loft conversion from the project and have altered the drawings accordingly so there is no new access. The existing loft hatches will be retained and the loft space will continue to be used for storage only - Introduce three dormer windows to serve two proposed loft bedrooms & reduce the size of one new north facing window in bedroom 3.

Variation of Condition 2 of DC/19/4847/FUL - Demolition of unauthorised side extension and replacement single storey extension with internal alterations - A design change is required as the site is narrower at its outer face - this entails replacement of the proposed slide/fold doors with side hung casements. In addition consent is sought for a slate roof instead of zinc.
