Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Condition 2 pursuant to permission ref. 18/03343/FULL1 (which was allowed at appeal for the demolition of existing building and construction of replacement dwelling) to update the approved drawings to allow for addition of rooflights to the rear facing roof at second floor.

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the Variation of condition 2 of permission 16/04145/FULL1 (granted for construction of a part one and two storey upper level extension to provide an additional two storeys comprising 6 two bedroom and 2 one bedroom flats with associated parking, refuse and recycling) in order to vary the approved plans by altering the design of the roof from a flat roof to a lightweight pitched zinc roof.
