Variation of Condition 3 of planning permission reference 19/00796/FULL6 (dated 13 June 2019 for demolition of garage and rear dormer window and erection of single storey rear extension and two storey side extension incorporating porch, dormer windows and integral garage, and replacement hard surfacing to front) for the surface water drainage to be carried out in accordance with the details submitted herein.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of condition 3 (approved plans) granted for erection of double storey rear extension, loft conversion with rear and front dormers, addition of Juliette balconies to rear and elevational alteration - to allow amendments for, increased height of front dormer, alterations to the position of rooflights, removal of windows in the East elevation at ground and first floor, increase in first floor extension at the rear and alterations to the roof profile.
