Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 of permission 17/03505/FULL1 (granted at appeal) for the Demolition of Nos 20-24 Station Road and redevelopment with two/two and a half storey building to form 27 retirement apartments for the elderly including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping. Amendments are sought to the energy strategy (to provide photovoltaics (PVs) on the roof of the building); car parking layout, internal layout and relocation of the bin store.
