Minor Material Amendment to vary the approved plans of Planning permission ref: 19/04658/FULL1 for the Demolition of existing house and garage and erection of detached house with attached treble garage. In order to allow for additional accommodation to be provided above the garage, a revised front porch and larger garden room.
