Variation of condition 1 on permission 20/02760/FULL6 granted for a single storey rear extension, new link to the adjacently detached building, conversion of garage to a study/playroom, a new front porch, and internal/external alterations to a single family dwelling to allow the implementation of the approved development with the addition of a single storey front extension to the garage and conversion to workshop.

Subdivision of plot and conversion of existing single dwellinghouse into 5x flats, along with associated parking, amenity space, landscaping, refuse/recycling and bicycle storage) to allow for the removal of the requirement for the development to be built in accordance with the criteria set out in Building Regulations M4(2) 'accessible and adaptable dwellings'.
