Removal of Condition 4 of permission 07/04363//FULL6 (granted for part one/two storey extension (amendments to permission 06/04282 to incorporate new chimney stacks, revised dormer and underground porch to serve garage)), to restore permitted development rights for dwelling.

Variation of Condition 5 of permission 20/03812/FULL6 (granted for the erection of single storey rear and side extension and front porch, and conversion of original linked garage to provide habitable accommodation) to remove reference to Class E permitted development rights in order to enable applicant to erect outbuildings within rear garden as permitted development.

Variation of Condition 4 of planning permission 21/00566/FULL6 dated 23 July 2021 (for detached garage and hardstanding to the front, ground floor front and rear extensions, roof extensions including increase in ridge height, hip to gable extensions and side dormers to create additional habitable rooms in the roof, first floor balcony and single storey detached rear outbuilding) to vary the wording to allow for the approved development to be constructed in accordance with the existing side space between the east and west flank walls and the respective east and west side boundaries.

Variation of condition 1 on permission 20/02760/FULL6 granted for a single storey rear extension, new link to the adjacently detached building, conversion of garage to a study/playroom, a new front porch, and internal/external alterations to a single family dwelling to allow the implementation of the approved development with the addition of a single storey front extension to the garage and conversion to workshop.

Removal or variation of condition No. 5 of planning permission reference 08/02259/FULL6 (dated 25 March 2009 for retention of single storey side extension and demolition of garage) to remove Condition No. 5 or to vary Condition No. 5 to apply only to buildings or other structures under Class E, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the General Permitted Development Order.
