Section 73 application to vary Condition 4 (Materials) - The previous proposed Grey system basic 4 acrylic brick slip was not fire compliant, external wall brick slip to be revised to eccobricks natural steel grey, attached to planning permission 18/00056/FUL dated 13th March 2018 which granted planning permission for; "Ground, first, second and third floor extension, proposed alterations to 8 existing flats and creation of 5 additional flats to provide a total of 13 self-contained flats"

Section 73 application to vary Condition 1 (Statutory Time Limit - Planning Permission) to extend the time limit by another 3 years to 11 September 2024 attached to planning permission 18/02118/FUL dated 11.09.2018 which granted planning permission for: "Proposed first floor rear extensions at 343A and 345A Barking Road, E6, incorporating relocation of existing flue. (These application sites are adjoining East Ham Town Centre Conservation Area)".

Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans and documents) attached to planning permission 19/02416/FUL dated 29th October 2019 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing part of building to be rebuilt with side windows, construction of a ground floor rear extension and proposed loft conversion with rear dormer including two velux windows on the front elevation to the first floor flat".

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with approved plans) request for the rooflight over the ground floor extension is extended further east, this will provide valuable northlight into the main living space. Attached to planning permission 20/00090/HH dated 19th February 2020 which granted full planning permission for: Construction of a single storey ground floor rear extension and a rear and side dormer extension including 2 roof lights to the front to facilitate conversion of roof space into habitable accommodation.
