Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) - replacing the rear extension pitched roof with a flat roof, attached to planning permission 20/01871/HH dated 29.10.2020 which granted planning permission for; "Construction of a ground floor and part first floor extension, loft conversion and dormer with roof lights"

Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) - changes include the height and design of the roof , attached to planning permission 20/01749/HH dated 7th October 2020 which granted planning permission for: "Proposed construction of a single storey rear and side infill extension."

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) - for raising the rear flat roof finished level of a 100 mm and build up its surrounding parapet wall of 100 mm - attached to planning permission 20/00012/FUL dated 28th February 2020 which granted permission for: "Construction of a two storey rear extension, addition of a new roof light to the existing roof and replacement of existing rear bedroom window".

Attached to planning permission 20/00090/HH dated 19th February 2020 which granted full planning permission for: Construction of a single storey ground floor rear extension and a rear and side dormer extension including 2 roof lights to the front to facilitate conversion of roof space into habitable accommodation.
