Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) - to include the Proposed Affordable Housing Tenure Plans to secure the increase in affordable housing from 35% to 100%, attached to planning permission 18/03475/FUL dated 2nd August 2019 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of existing disused building and redevelopment comprising 17 no residential dwellings (5 x 1 bed, 9x 2 bed, 3 x 3 bed) with associated refuse store, cycle store and landscaping. (This application is affecting the setting of a Listed Building)."

Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Drawings and Documents) To include a tenure plan reflecting the changing of 39 homes from shared ownership to discount market rent attached to planning permission 16/00224/FUL dated 11th April 2017 which granted full planning permission for: "Demolition of the existing ramp and associated structures and redevelopment of the site to deliver 236 residential units and 769 sqm of flexible floor space (Use Classes A1-A3, B1, D1 and D2) over 15 floors, together with associated car and cycle parking, landscaping and pedestrian link route to Thames Barrier Park, and associated works. This proposal is a departure from the Development Plan"
