Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Development in accordance with Approved Plans) - Changes of facing materials; proposed top floor cladding; balcony and privacy screens:, attached to planning permission 19/00364/FUL dated 20th January 2020 which granted full planning permission for: "Proposed demolition of existing building and erection of a part-3, part-4-storey building including 2 no. Section 73 application to vary Condition 29 (BREEAM) - change wording of BREEAM rating, attached to planning permission 16/00527/FUL dated 17 June 2019 which granted planning permission for; "Demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a new residential-led mixed use development comprising 769 residential units, 1,125 sq. m (GIA) of mixed use floorspace (Use Classes A1-A5, B1a and D1), new public and communal open space and basement car parking within four buildings ranging from 9-17 storeys in height.
