Namely: Remove part (iv) - model and calculations demonstrating that the proposed system will manage flows to greenfield rates in all storms up to a 1 in 100 year storm with an appropriate allowance for climate change from drainage condition.

Amend planning condition number 1- (plan numbers) of planning approval dated 25/3/20 for application PL/2020/00221/VAR- Vary condition No. 1 - Plan Numbers on planning approval PL/2018/02176/PPFL - Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of 6 No. two bedroom apartments, by substitution of drawings listed as 30872.100 Site plan, 30872.210E GF Plan,30872.211C FF Plan, 30872.410 Elevations, 30872.411 Elevations 2, Namely the addition of drawing 30872-03 Rev A dated July 2020 to accommodate a third bedroom to apartment 6 in the existing roof void above and the insertion of roof lights in the flat roof section above.

Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission PL/2018/00559/PPFL dated 18.06.2018 for demolition of existing building and erection of 32 Apartments (11 No. one bedroom & 21 No. two bedroom), car parking, landscaping and ancillary works. Namely: Amend site plans to provide block paving finish as indicated on drawing No. 1055/05D.

Variation of condition no. 1 (drawings) and 7 (materials) on PL/2018/01555/PPFL (Demolition of garage at No. 72 and erection of five detached dwellings with associated access and landscaping) to change house type on plot no. 5.

Vary condition No. 2 - Plan Numbers on planning approval PL/2015/52189/PPFL- Demolition of existing buildings and site redevelopment to form replacement garage for vehicle sales, repairs, servicing and MOT testing station (Resubmission and revision of previous approved scheme 2014/1938). Namely replacing plan number A2/CMC/04 with plan number PL608 01B to vary the design of the approved ancillary office building to make it look more aligned with the current workshop.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission PL/2018/02731/MAJFOT dated 28th March 2019 for A hybrid planning application for the demolition of the existing buildings; an outline planning application for up to No. 330 (C3) residential dwellings and for up to 100,000 square feet (GIA) of car dealerships including MOT facilities (Sui generis) with all matters reserved apart from access and scale; and a full planning application for No. 242 (C3) residential dwellings and a full planning application for a single car dealership including MOT facilities (Sui generis) including a new vehicular access from Dog Kennel Lane, a new vehicular access from the existing A34 Cranmore Boulevard roundabout, tree removal works, landscaping, infrastructure upgrades and drainage works.

Vary condition No.1 (approved plans) on planning approval PL/2018/00111/PPFL for the demolition of dwelling house and erection of apartment building with 6 flats and associated development Namely: substitute site plan drawing indicating revised location of bin store to that previously approved by original consent.
